Enrolment, some training staff and tech staff are available between the hours of

9.30-4pm, Monday to Thursday

Fridays- limited times of 10-2pm

NO WEEKEND CALLS- this goes to an outside reception service, after hours, which you can leave a message. During These times an email, will be faster- as they are monitored.

Any Problems with the online campus, Logging in, as well as some assignment work help can be given by the Student Support Staff.

Include: YOUR NAME, STUDENT NUMBER, COURSE YOU ARE ENROLED IN, IF YOU ARE A ON-LINE OR CLASS STUDENT, ASSIGNMENT YOU ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON, AND IF POSSIBLE AS MUCH INFORMATION ON YOUR PROBLEM AS POSSIBLE

As the email has to be passed on to your trainer - who is not available 24 hr/ 7 days a week- they may be teaching a class, doing workplace visits, Assessments etc, PLEASE allow at least 72 hour (business hours), extra time may be added for Holiday Periods/ term breaks. This dates are listed in your booklet "General Course information for students Guide" for the current year, Copy inside your folder, plus a copy is available on the online CAMPUS- Student Starters Kit.
